Area : Itaewon
Itaewon is one of the coolest areas in Seoul and most multi-cultural place full of bars, authentic restraurants, clubs.
The house has three rooms.
You will enter through the main gate and there will be two doors, one leading to room A, and the other leading to B&C.
Room A has its own bathroom, kitchen, own entrance.
Room B and C has a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
Two sections of the house do not share any space other than the main entrance.
Lot of my guests have used the rooms A and B+C all together for bigger families or group of friends who want privacy of three separate rooms but also be able to hang out together in the small living room. Just ask me if both rooms are available at the same time then I will send you a link to pay for both of them at the same time.
kitchen equipped with simple cooking utensils
table with two chairs
toilet paper, etc.
It’s 2~3 minutes away from Itaewon Station (line 6) and from the Airport limousine bus stop.

I really enjoyed staying at this Guesthouse/accomodation! The host Mr Shin was really kind to me and my friend who shared this room. He actually left us snacks at our door when we returned from exploring Seoul one of the nights. We stayed 5 nights and we used all the stuff available like the washing machine, the stove, the fridge (we stored our kimchii in there before flying back home) and even the vacuum cleaner (which we used to clean up since we stayed for 5 or 6 days. I really suggest all travellers to not be doubtful when booking this accomodation because the Shin family who owns this place is really kind and helpful (: Ouh and its located literally behind 24hr Nescafe cafe which is directly infront of the subway. So dont worry about lugging your luggage coz its pretty easy (there is a slight uphill though)

Hailey was away but her father met me and “checked me in”. Hailey was helpful throughout my stay via email and her dad was super friendly in person. The location of the flat is really close to the Itaewon subway stop which makes it easy to get around Seoul. The only thing is the bath/shower room is the entry into the studio which makes it difficult with two people sometimes. Either in or out of the flat when one person is using the bathroom. Not a huge deal for us but something to keep in mind. Other than that, the room was great and equipped with anything one would need (except an iron/ironing board). Would definitely recommend it.

It is our family trip to Seoul including my kids and my mother. We stayed at Hailey’s place which is great for big families (8 of us). We took all the 3 rooms (A+B+C). The house is very clean and nice, location of the house is great, close to the Itaewon shopping area, Korean muslim restaurant and the mosque. We arrived at the house at midnight and greeted by Hailey’s parents. They are very nice people, helping us with almost everything. Hailey’s father even took the subway with us to the nearest station gong to Nami Island. Hailey also booked the tourist bus for our trip to the Ski Resort. Thank you Hailey for making our holiday a nice and memorable one.

My stay at the apartment in Itaewon was really, really pleasant and I would definitely stay with Hailey again if I had the chance! Hailey and her mom did prepare a lot of little extras (thanks for the post card present! and the delicious tea! and the apples! ^ ^) and I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my whole stay! =D Thank you so much!
